Please read this document carefully. It contains very important information about your (the "customer") rights and obligations, as well as limitation and exclusions that may apply to you.
This Agreement contains the terms and conditions that apply to Customers purchase from OFFICE OUTLET of office supplies and/or related products ("Supplies") in the GCC. By accepting delivery of the Supplies, Customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY UNLESS THE CUSTOMER AND OFFICE OUTLET HAVE SIGNED A SEPARATE AGREEMENT COVERING THE PURCHASE OF THE SUPPLIES IN WHICH CASE THE SEPARATE AGREEMENT SHALL GOVERN.
Payment and Credit Policies
Until a signed and completed credit application has been processed by our credit department the terms on all shipments will be C.O.D. (Cash or Certified Check).
All goods remain OFFICE OUTLET ’s property until fully paid. A service charge of 1.5% per month of the amount to be paid will be charged for any late payment made.
Government institutions or Corporations orders will be processed only if an original and signed copy of a Purchase Order is received.
